My career began at a Hospital Council where I was fortunate enough to be mentored by the president while earning my degree in marketing. Later, I established a training center for business and industry at a two-year college which resulted in additional revenue through customized training programs. Along the way, I became involved with the Private Industry Council and the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative and established the Jobs Network. There, I sat on working committees with senior executives of top corporations and not-for-profit board members. After spending several years in a marketing capacity for a large health system, I worked for one of the largest recruiting firms in the country.
My entire career has involved building relationships. All I had to do was put my two favorite parts together - healthcare and recruiting - and Human Solutions Healthcare Recruiting was born. My goal is to offer personalized, specialized service.
I love connecting with people, both employers and candidates. I enjoy problem-solving, whether I am helping someone find a job they really like, or finding that hard-to-find candidate for the employer. I�m told that people like working with me not only because I produce results, but also because I have an ability to bring lightness and humor to challenging and difficult situations.
